Problem With Disney Resort Reservations

I was just wondering if this situation happened to anyone else. My mother and I were planning a trip to Disney in March. I called the central number (407-WDISNEY) and tried to make hotel reservations. What happened is that at first, it took almost 10 minutes for the phones to pick up (keep in mind, I was making these reservations the first week in January and it was about 9:00 A.M.). Once the reservation hostess picked up, she started to take my information. About 2 minutes into talking, I quickly mentioned that I had a Disney Club Card. Immediately, she got really moody and told me that she has to transfer me to another number and just transferred me without reason. I waited on line during the transfer for a good 20-30 minutes before I got bored and just hung up. After that, I e-mailed Disney directly and got some obnoxious host who said the reason why no one picked up on the transfer because it was "a busy time of year". Now, keep in mind, I worked in Disney in the MGM/Studios for a few months while I was going to school down there so I know that this is a truely bogus excuse for "they didn't feel like doing there job". I didn't say that out loud, but I did mention that I worked at Disney and the guest standards which I learned while working there are that no one is to be kept waiting for an extended period of time and that all hosts and hostesses must maintain an upbeat and polite attitude. Because of this, I mentioned to the guy that it was quite unusual with what happened to me (with the hostess pulling an attitude on me and having to wait such a long time) and all he did was tell me in a big huff (with total frustration) that I waited because they were busy and just hung up. As a result, Disney ended up losing out on my reservations because I have family down there that I'm staying with now. Originally, I planned to stay for 4 days at the Contemporary, so Disney lost out BIG. Anyway, just wondering what's going on with reservations, it's just really surprising how their quality and guest relations have gone so far down hill. I was just wondering if this happened to anyone else.
