Problem with board features

Rather suddenly, when clicking on the "quick reply" icon to activate the quick reply box, nothing happens. Also, the smilies to the right in the box also do nothing. If I hover over it, it will give me the code for the smilie, but clicking on it does not put the code in the message. Also, when editing a post, I have to click edit and then inside that edit box I have to click edit again. It seems like something is disabled for me, but I have no idea what it could be as I haven't changed anything.

Quick Reply and Smilies do not work for me right now either... I haven't changed any settings (that I know of).
