We put our deposit down 3 weeks ago, and still don't have the correct paperwork despite it having been drawn up 3 times now. We have been calling QA and they have told us it needs to be done though our guide. I understand this, but he is either always away or takes a while to call back. I am getting no where with him or QA, where do I go next? I am thinking a manager, but what number do I call to speak with one? Thanks!
