Problem ordering tickets from their website?

Has anyone had a problem ordering tickets from the Disney website? I ordered tickets Saturday night before the price increase, and when my order was processed it gave me the following message. "Your confirmation is currently pending due to system availability. You will soon receive an email to inform you of the status of your order once it is processed." I have not gotten an email back from them yet.

I just emailed Disney and am waiting for their reply. Has anyone else gotten this message before? We leave in five weeks and I am a little concerned that I will not get them in time.:(

There is some discussion about this on the (5 page long) price increase thread. But, at least 2 people there and I have called and gotten confirmation numbers and verified that we were charged the lower price. It looks like it is just taking them a while to send out responses.

I rec'd the same "confirmation pending" message and have not yet been able to verify that I rec'd the lower rate. I was on hold twice today for about 20 minutes each time. I left voice mail but haven't heard back yet.
 
Thanks, I called Disney and got my confirmation number. I didn't know there was a mad rush to get the tickets! Hopefully everyone that got the same message I did got their confirmation number and the lower price by now.:)
