Prime Rib vs Beef Tenderloin???

I am thinking about making a Philly Cheesesteak for me....DH balked and said not him....he is eating it plain.
 

HAHAHA...don't know. I guess buy some sub bread, cheese, fry some onions is my new cast iron skillet...then I don't know....
I don't want to overcook my meat so not sure...hmmmm

Too funny, that's just how I thought to do it too. I thought there was some super secret recipie out there :rotfl:

I don't have a cast iron skillet......I really want one. Do you love it? For the whole day that you have had it!
 
MMMM, DH & I will spend the next few days picking at the leftovers just about every time we open the fridge! I like it cold!

I had a last minute substitution. The green beans looked gross at the store, so I made sauted spinach instead.
 
I got a 3.31 pound tenderloin and was just enough for xmas and 2 days of left overs :) Thanks again for this, and I hope everyone enjoys the garlic-gruyere mashed potatoes :)

I just micro mine for 20 sec (I sliced before hand) then dipped in sauce -- yum :)

I made asparagus with fresh garlic with butter, the mash potatoes with the tenderloin and it was wonderful :goodvibes

I only get to make these once in awhile, and I know back to the diet Jan 2nd!!
