What fees are you charged for booking hotels with these sites?

Priceline's fee is $5.95 per stay and I think Hotwire's is $10.95 per stay. I'm not too sure about Hotwire's.

No you are not charged for bidding. However, if the bid is successful your credit card is IMMEDIATELY charged with the price of the hotel and the fee.

The PL fee is no longer 5.95 but is a variable amount. It is included with the tax figure that is given to you before your bid is finalized.

The hotel may also charge you a resort fee, parking fee (even for self parking) and possible a fee to use their shuttle to the park. If your bidding for a resort and are on a budget keep this in mind.
