President's week

February 2007 we will be getting the week of President's week off and will be looking to travel to Disney and take advantage of our new DVC. Since we have never been during this time frame I was wondering what the crowds are like at this time of year? How about the weather then also? I realize this is early to be talking about it but we can make reservation 11 months ahead so I'm doing homework now.

Crowds are not, will they may be nice people but a lot of them.Presidents week is huge at WDW.Oh I need to say welcome home and howdy neighbor we are DVC to OKW is our home resort since 1992

We went Presidents week in '04 and decided mid-trip that we wouldn't be going that week again, ever. It seemed like every other family in the US on Feb vacation was there that week too.

It *was* a fun trip, don't get me wrong, I'd just rather be there at a time when the lines and crowds aren't so crazy.

In 98 I think DH and I went the first week of Feb and it was a lot different.

This time we're trying 1st week of Jan since DD will only have to miss 2 days of school.
