preferred rooms

does anyone know if the preferred rooms at sports are refurbished?

Buildings 6,7,10 have been refurbed.

Building 1 has not.

And last week Building 1 was full of guests. Plus is they were actively moving renovation supplies from the south lot to the north lot right next to Bldg 1.
