Pre-purchasing Harry Potter breakfast

I swear I saw something about this browsing the Universal site, but I can't find it now. Is it possible to pre-purchase breakfast at Leaky Cauldron or Three Broomsticks before your trip so that you don't have to wait in line to order when you get there? Am I making this up or is this real? Thanks lol.

IIRC, you order food via the app and they prepare the food once you add your table number to the order. So they only time savings by ordering before you get to the restaurant is the time it takes to put your order in via the app. Either way, you still have to wait to get a table. Personally, I would check the line before submitting an order in case it is too long...

There is sometimes a package that includes two breakfasts and a photo session at Shutterbuttons, and I think maybe some special themed lanyards or luggage tags.

This isn't just preordering the food. This is an actual reservation time before the restaurant opens to the public that you purchase before your trip. I checked with my TA and turns out I wasn't making it up lol.

I had the Potter package. Part of the package was breakfast at LC and TB. It had had me pick reservation times to eat.
Guess what, there are no reservations. You show up, wait in line. First come first serve.

Pyxie, unless something massive has changed, the only time the reservations were useful (or before the general public can get in) was years ago.

3 Broomsticks and LC are walk-in restaurants.

I can say the food at LC is AMAZING. We eat here everyday.

In October we mobiled ordered breakfast at Leaky Cauldron, waited in line and the line took to long and the app voided our breakfast order. We had to re-order lunch. They let us mobile order after we were seated.
