Pre-Order Question for the Pros

We're headed down with a big group in late October (23-27), and I'm making up folders for them now. I'm including info on the car service, a map of the resort, a few suggested itineraries - I'd love to add the weekly park maps - can I pre-order those, somehow? Aside from that, what else would you suggest I throw into these folders?

No you can not pre-order the park maps or the guide that shows all of the daily shows and times for each park.
I am going there in 10 days...yes 10 days I could pick up some of the park maps and mail them to you when I get back. I actually could mail them from WDW that way you will have them sooner.Let me know if this is something you want to consider doing.

Its no problem on my end, I have some postcards to mail out the first couple of days we are there anyway.

As for other thigns you could add to the folders...menus from some of the places to eat in each park.
