pre-order photopass cd

Hi All

We fly on 28th aug for our wedding trip. We want to get this but I'm not sure when the latest we can buy it?

Any help would be great

We have never done it before but as its our wedding/honeymoon thought it was a good idea

You'll get a card from the first PhotoPass photographer that takes your pic. You can use this card throughout your vacation, but don't worry if you forget it one day as you can add multiple cards to your account.

The pics don't get added to your account until you enter your details on the PhotoPass website and enter the card numbers. You can do this while your still on holiday or wait until you get home.

Personally, I always keep a note of our card number(s) seperately just in case I lose a card - that way I won't lose out on my photos.

also if you pre order your cd you get discount on a private photopass session with photographer at certain better disney resorts. (only costs $25 for private session and its added to your photopass cd)

we just pre ordered our cd today and have booked a private photopass session at beach club when we are there (you can book this 30 days out from your date you want)

Deffinatley wait until you get home to look at your pics,because you can then add all the different borders+signatures+special effect-which will give you even more photo's.Once you do view them you only have a certain amount of time(i can't remember how many days)to purchase them before your time is up.So if you start viewing them over there you will be cutting it fine to add all the extras+get it ordered once you get home.x.

We ordered this the week before we went to Florida in July and are now just looking through the photos. We had 690 pictures in total but i have no idea how many we will actually end up with. We were a party of 15 so it brings the cost down quite a bit when shared out.
The photos are really good, there are some not so good but the majority are nice. We didn't do any of the sittings but had the character breakfast photos added to the card.

Make sure you ask the photographer to take 3 or 4 of the same shot,so at least one should turn out great.x.

Do you have to book the private session when you pre-order the photopass or can you add it later at $25?

The two things are unrelated, Reid. Here's the link to pre-order the CD. You'll receive a code by email which you need to keep safe until you return from your trip.

The private sitting can be booked up to 30 days in advance by calling (001) 407-824-1700.

When we get home put all the cards on the account and order the cd with our pics on??

You could even "pre-order" after you return home, provided you do it before you upload your PhotoPass cards.

In fact, now I think about it, that makes most sense. I pre-ordered our CD in the last week, but if we don't make as much use of PhotoPass as we're intending to do, we'll have wasted $99.95.

Deb, i am by no means an expert on the photopass ,but i am pretty sure that if you pre-order before you go and then decide not to have the photo's you can get a full refund.Hopefully someone in the know can confirm that for me.x.

oh so i could order it after we get home, thats good as I wasnt sure if we would have enough money to buy before we went.

So as long as I dont register the cards online before I buy the pre order cd

Yes your right snowy you get a full refund if you have preordered and decide not to buy the cd. If you wanted to do the private shoots at the resorts you would have to preorder before you travel if you wanted to get the sitting fee at $25

Just wondering, if you pre-order the CD, does it expire at all before putting your pictures on?

I'm sure someone has mentioned getting one over a year before going, and I'd like to pre-book mine now so I can get as much as the extras out of the way early so can concentrate on saving spendng money.
