My grandmother went into the hospital yesterday, and is getting worse. She was worse this morning then she was yesterday, and worse this afternoon then she was this morning. It does not look good at this point.

You and your family are in my prayers. DH just lost his grandmother on Saturday she had been ill for a very long time and had alzheimers as well so I'm sure she's better off but it is difficult.

We just had my Mom pull through heart failure, bronchitis and a touch of pneumonia. It's tough when elderly people get sick - it takes so much for them to fight back.

I'm sorry to hear that she's getting worse. I'll include her in my prayers.

Update - My grandmother seems to be doing a little better today, but she still is doing rally bad, just not as bad as yesterday.

I know I started this thread three months ago, but wanted to let everyone know. I am sad to say that my grandmother passed away early this morning. Please keep me and my family in your thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
