Prayers for my Mom please~Update pg 1 05/01

I just got a call from my Dad that my Mom was in the ER overnight and is now being transfered to another hospital (her insurance must not "allow" her anything more than ER treatment at the hospital she was at, I hate insurance sometimes.) They have no clue what is causing her abdominal pains, the demerol they gave her did nothing to help. I know it is all pretty vague here, but could you please say a prayer for her? I truly believe in the power of prayer, and with as many DISers as there are here on the CB, I know she will be in good thoughts. I'll post an update as I learn more.

UPDATE ~~ I talked to my Mom last night, and she sounded just awful. They still do not know what is going on, will be doing more tests today to try and figure it out. She did tell me that the pain medication is only working for about two hours, but then has to wait another two hours before the next dose. All this from the lady who pretty much refuses to take so much as a Tylenol. Thank you all for keeping her in your prayers. I will post another update when I have more information.
