Power Rangers

Sorry as you can see I never post although I have been reading everyone's updates for years. I only recently decided to "officially" register. I searched on the boards and don't see anyone posting a power ranger sighting yet so I wanted to let everyone know they are in the MGM parade.

I have read the different posts about whether the Power Rangers are a good or bad thing but I just wanted to post they have arrived, not start that other discussion.

My son's birthday was March 15th and for this 5th birthday trip all he wanted was to meet the Power Rangers. I made the mistake of thinking when a cast mamber at MNSSHP told us they were arriving beginning of the year it was fact. Unfortunately after following the information on the different sights/boards it looked like they weren't going to be there this week. We went to MGM and actually was about to leave the park as the parade was starting -we had just see the new stunt show and after waiting in line there with a fast past from 2:25 till it started around 3:15 my parents were looking like they wanted to go back to the room. I really did like the stunt show as I went in with no detail knowledge. Luckily I saw a spot on the curb right before the parade ended and convinced my family to stay.

Right as the parade neared they announced the new addition and I noticed my family wasn't listening and I started to tell my son I thought the Power Rangers were going to arrive special for his day.

Sorry I am checking my pictures (I only have my work laptop so I can't post even if I knew how ) and I believe there are five rangers total from the different seasons. I know the Red Ranger from SPD is on the parade float, it appears the white dino ranger, then I am lost on the other three -Pink,Blue, and Green. My son told me one is from Ninja Storm?

One other funny note. I went to guest relations to see if they were now doing meet and greets - my son didn't get to shake any Power Rangers hand - and they said the power rangers weren't even in the parade yet. Well after they called someone, they said still a month for meet and greets.

This "Disney magic" for my son's birthday is why my family comes to Disney twice a year and is now converting much of my family.


Also I was at Magic Kingdom in the rain last night and it appears (again it was pouring) that all the walls are down in front on the castle!

I am going today to see the preview of Cinderellabration and will hopefully get a better look.

Glad your DS got to see his heroes...I know that my DS is gonna be thrilled to see them in May!

As stated the red appears to be Jack from SPD, white is Trent from DinoThunder and green is Cam from Ninja Storm. Any ideas on pink & blue?

Pink looks like Jen from Time Force from the back to me. I haven't seen a picture of the front to be sure. Also, one looked like the Lunar Wolf. Can't remember his name and DS8 is asleep so I'll check tomorow.

As far as who each of the Power Rangers are, I've clipped this from allearsnet.com:

Five generations of Power Rangers, consisting of Time Force, Ninja Storm, Wild Force, Dino Thunder and Space Patrol Delta Power Rangers, are featured with the parade's futuristic float.
