OMG!!! I am scared!!!!
What were your results with insanity? did you do it in order to improve your cardio conditioning or to lose weight?
I didn't change my diet, so I only lost a couple of pounds, but my body is reshaped...like my torso, side, obliques, upper abs, hamstrings, and quads are all more toned...My whole back is in great shape! I wish it was my lower abs...They have definitely had a great workout, but with 2 c-sections, it's really hard to firm those up! It's kind of frustrating...
I am going to do Atkins for a few weeks to chop off some pounds...I just need to change some of my 3 pm eating habits...LOL...that would do the trick! I think that INSANITY is addictive! I feel like I am cheating if I am not doing it! I love it!
