Ok girls, sorry this may have been done before but I would love to see pictures of what transport you used for your big day.

We are thinking of 2 limos for the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Either the horse drawn carriage (not cinders) or vintage car for Dad and I.

Would love to see all your pictures

thanks in advance xx

A limo, complete with driver who'd apparently never opened a car door for a photo before.... :rotfl:

And our Friendship boat!

I love that you chartered a Friendship Boat! I was looking into renting a boat after the ceremony to take us from the WP to our reception at teh Napa Room but then a convention came in and booked so we couldn't use the Napa room anymore. I would have lovedthe pictures on the boat!

Aw, nuts—that would have been a beautiful route, too!

:)Can anyone give me more info on the Friendship Boats? Like Pricing/Rental Info?

Thanks!

At the time of our wedding it was $250 for a one-way trip.

Jules-Marie My husband was thrilled with the transportation. We were married at SBP and I guess other guys were going by looking at it and even taking pictures of it with their phones. It really made his day. Next to the actual wedding of course :)

That's awesome! I wonder if I can talk my DF into getting it. I'll show him the picture and hope for the best. :) I'm not really thrilled with the idea of arriving in a limo...I don't know why it bothers me, I'd almost rather I drive myself to the WP instead of spending the money on a limo.

I have a lot of great pictures if you want to see more. I don't know a lot about cars but my husband was allowed to put his foot on the fender and pose. He has it as his Facebook picture which says a lot. I did the same thing. The many who is pictured with this car is the owner of it. He does this on the side. My husband really enjoyed talking with him. He went above and beyond in my opinion. He had chilled bottled water. We had the Rolls for 3 hours and he held my purse, my sunglasses, paid attention if my earrings were caught in my hair etc. He was with us for quite a bit of the time as we had pictures at POR, outside the Boardwalk, on the Boardwalk etc. He also took us to the Contemporary for lunch. Plus it is air conditioned.

We did have a limo that picked up our moms and guests staying on site. We also had vans after lunch. I am glad we did the Rolls.
