I did. Two of my dd's had sleepovers (each on a different day) and so it was unusual having just two kids.Made me want to borrow some one elses's kid from church or the neighborhood.

How was your weekend? Did you work?

I worked on Saturday, but was off on Sunday, and it was a beautiful day!

This morning dd woke up with stomach flu!!!
We all just got over colds and now this. We're usually a pretty healthy group, and I hope nobody gets sick next week. Only 11 days left!

Get all the sickness' out now before the trip! May seem like torture now, but hopefully you all will be well by the time you go.

Its funny (to me any way), the morning you said you had to let the horses out the front (some thing like that) you didn't come back for a while. I thought, geesh, babynurse1 must have a lot of space. I know, don't mind me I'm crazy. I'm sure you went off and did other things its just my imagination went a little coo-coo.

I wish we had enough land to be gone all day to move the horse to the front pasture.

O.k., so how many pastures and horses do you have? If I may ask?

3 horses right now and 3 pastures. BUT each pasture is only between 2 and 3 acres each. We try to rotate them so the eat the grass on one and then move to the other etc.

DH, DD, oldest DS, and I take turns right now. I guess the little ones will help when they're big enough to know what to do.

It's not so bad, the tradeoff is worth it IMO
