Post pics of your bag you carry into park

I just got my WDW bag last week!

I looked at loads of different ones but I think this is the best!! It was only £10 but I love it! And it's very funky looking!

Here it is from the front. As you can see it has lots of little pockets, one perfectly camera sized and on top of that pocket is even a zippy up pocket that is exactly KTTW size!!

It has loads of room in the two main pockets!

One of the wierd things is you can take the main strap off and then unzip two bits at the back and straps come out so you can wear it round your waist. Normally I'm like "no way jose" with bum bags/fanny packs but because it's pretty funky looking and that's where the bag naturally sits on your body it might provide my shoulders with a bit of relief!

And the best bit??? It's the perfect size for my planning book!!!!

That's a cute little bag. What brand is it/who makes it?? Where did you get it?? Thanks :)

Thank you!

It's no brand at all - I think it's meant to be a copy of le sport sac?

I just got it in one of those independent bag/luggage stores they have in most malls. :) I've seen similar in lots of other bag shops too!

Well, I guess I'll just have to keep an eye out for something similiar...and maybe check lesportsac too. Thanks for sharing :)

After looking and looking at bags, I finally settled on a Kavu Seattle Sling. I hope I like it because I don't have that much time to find another bag. I plan on having a larger bag for our non-valuables in the stroller.

After a couple of years of trying to downsize my in-the-Parks bag, I have settled on the Hayes Travelmate. I love it! And to answer a question a few posts ago, I have the light blue. Just seems to go with my clothes. But they do have an amazing choice of colors!

Being local and in the Parks almost once a week, I appreciate the fact that it holds my small wallet, PDA, water bottle, ziplock bag for rain, cell phone where I can actually hear it ring! Also, park maps and small camera. It also holds my Kindle easily, so I can read or look up stuff online while waiting in line, or for my husband to groom the goats up in Rafiki's Planet Watch:rotfl2:

Pictures? Of you wearing it, and of it with all of your stuff in it?

That would be so helpful! I've narrowed my search down to three bags, and the Heys Travelmate is one of them! :thumbsup2

Because I take my DSLR, lenses and a small tripod along with my wallet/necessities, I actually have a handmade camera bag that I carry in the park which holds it all. It's more like a purse/messenger bag but has interior pockets for lenses, etc. The lady that makes them, sells them on Etsy (although they're not cheap). It's rather on the large side, but because I take my camera everywhere, I needed something bigger.

It's very easy to take on rides, and although we don't do the wet rides, if it does rain, I carry a ziplog bag to put my DSLR in, inside the camera bag to ensure it doesn't get wet.

OK, took pics today at the Studios. View when I'm sitting, view when I am standing. Then a picture of the contents. Besides what is in the contents picture I also carried a poncho.

That looks nice...except for the Nikon thing sticking out....;)

Well, at least now I know why I spend all of my time on the News and Rumors board..................

Just an aside to the pictures I posted. I should mention that I carried the poncho in the outside back zipper pocket on the Heys TravelMate. When it came time to take the picture I was just too lazy to go out to the car and get it from under the seat where I keep it :rotfl2:

And also must mention that the last three times I have worn it in the parks I have had people come up to me and ask me what the brand is and where I got it. Must mention that I got it from QVC for $20, it is almost $40 on e-bags. Word to the wise:thumbsup2

All of you enablers have been such a bad influence on me. I now have a VB mini hipster & hipster, both of which I love but I'm too obse4ssive about matching to wear them with outfits they don't specifically match; I also have a beggallini mini in khaki, which I loved last trip as it converts from acrioss the body to around the waist, but the metal ring the strap is attached to ripped off on the 3rd ride of the trip si I have the strap tied on--functional but not too attractive; & yesterday, I bought a Sherapni Zoom (http://sherpani.us/product.aspx?bO3FscouH=1&GQd0EjaqX=7&pmdoXJC4W=141#) at REI. I need a suitcase for my bags!

Has anyone ever used the vera bradley mail bag in the parks (or anywhere else)? It seems similar to the hipster, the only things I noticed online is that it is slightly bigger & has a thinner strap.
