Post pics of your bag you carry into park

Thanks for your response in regards to the Kipling bag Jeana ... I appreciate it.

For those asking for pics of the Baggallini here you go (I usually don't post pics of myself ... it had been a long, hot day).

I do love this bag ... it was very comfortable to wear. This time I'm going with one that's a little bigger tho. The Baggallini bag will hold a small camera, cell phone, cards, comb, lip gloss.

Thank you for posting the picture GrumpyMom25. It does look like a very comfortable bag.

I just took a few hours and skimmed back thru the entire thread. I'm going to check out TJMaxx for the Baggalini's.

I like small bags. I'm interested in these two Baggalini's and the ebags Terrace shoulder pouch. I'm looking for a comfortable bag I could use everyday.

If you have a Marshall's store in your area, check it too. Ours just received a huge supply of baggalinis in all sizes and shapes.

Hallmark Stores near me also carry Baggallini bags ... of course they are full price tho. I looked at www.luggagepros.com and ebags.com this morning and it looks like the small wallet bag is going for around $35.

Can a Baggalini bag hold a Digital SLR??

They look perfect but I'm afraid it wouldn't be large enough? :confused3
Anyone have experience with using one?

Our TJ Maxx had the Baggallini Wallet Bag for about $20. I saw it in Lime Green and Hot Pink.

Thank you all. :)

I checked two TJ Maxx stores & two Ross stores...no baggallinis  I'm going to have to check out Marshalls now. Thanks for the heads up. I missed out on buying one at Tuesday Morning about 3 months ago for $20 and I've regretted it since...

Rhetorical question: what IS it about woman (and girls) and bags? I was at TJ Maxx yesterday (monday) in the middle of the day and the purse area was swamped. No clearance or anything but there was about 15 women searching through purses and bags. Thank goodness I'm not the only obsessive one out there

Thank you for the tip. Went to Marshalls today and they had 3 Baggallini's so I bought 2. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: One is called the Large Wallet Bag and the other is Baby Hampton each for $20.

Have you used the large wallet bag yet? If so what do you think of it?

This is a great thread...I have been debating on what kind of bag to carry.... I did buy a Vera Bradley backpack. I think I will carry that during the day when water and sunscreen are needed.... I just bought a little VB wristlet. I think this would be great for the evening hours, when i just need my tix, phone, camera, and $. My daughter has one already, so I know all my stuff would fit in one.

Does anybody know of a bag that is part cooler/part bag? I've been searching and have found lots of picnic slings and backpacks, but they are large and most have places for plates, glasses, etc - just geared towards picnicing. I just want a bag that has a thermal compartment that will hold a couple of drinks and some snacks, and then has another compartment to keep the phone, camera, keys. I would love something like this to take to the beach, and I'll bet it would work great at WDW too. Thanks!

I haven't had a chance to use it yet. We are leaving for a weeklong camping trip so every second has been spent preparing for that. I like the size and it has lots of organization & compartments. I could even carry my mini camcorder & small Canon camera but I'm not sure if the straps would hold out. I'm guessing it wouldn't. It is a nice size for around town, just not sure yet about WDW. I'll have to give it some trial runs. It doesn't have the magnet closures that I've read cause problems with key cards.

I'm sure that theis was asked earkier in the thread, but what bag is light and waterproof? We'll be down there in less than 2 weeks and will most likely rain.

TIA!:goodvibes

if it starts to rain I usually line my bag with my poncho on the inside to protect my camera & such. but if it's raining hard enough the poncho works well covering me and my bag at the same time...... you can get a package of two at the dollar tree:goodvibes

I borrowed the below from another thread, hope this helps.

My fiance and I are going on our honeymoon next week and I bought a new backpack for me to carry in the parks. Backpacks for me are difficult because I am :ahem: well endowed in the chest department so when this one came in the mail, I was thrilled. It's just the right size and it fits me like a glove. It is a Dakine Portal and it comes with straps that expand really far out and also has a small lunchbox size cooler in the front to carry water and everything you need to keep cold. I ordered it from www.bagking.com. They have a bunch of different types, even ones made exclusively for women. I recommend it highly

I got this at Eddie Bauer - it's small but seems to fit alot and you can't beat a sling!

Hi,
I have the bagalini messenger and use it as "weekend" bag (for trips to zoos, parks etc...) and also used it as my WDW bag last year.

I'm not as in love with it as most people seem to be. I have two identifiable peeves: 1) The "buckles" seem way too heavy which makes the bag uncomfortable to wear after a while. 2) the mesh water bottle pouch is too narrow and if I try to carry a bottle inside, it always falls on it's side.

After reading much of this thread, I'm thinking of the Heys Travelmate because it is similar. How does it compare to the Bagalini in buckle weight and the bottle holder?

I'm also considering going in a totally different direction with either an Everest Sling (http://everestbags.com/item--Everest-Sling-Body-Bag--BB015.html) or Ameribag Healthy Back Bag (http://www.ebags.com/ameribag/healt...n_small/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=3190)

Does anyone have any experience with either of these?

Thanks,
Heather
