Post history?

My post history is recording very few of my recent posts.? I've noticed that this happens every so often, but in the last 2 months or so it has happening very regularly and to the point of almost all of my posts. Today I looked at my history and some that where there yesterday are gone today. What's going on- is there anything I can do to fix it?
