I actually got this from the link that is in the update to the TOT thread.

…The large tree is taking shape at Pooh's Playful Spot, which is still scheduled to open in September; however, the vast majority of the former lagoon and show building area remains empty awaiting two as-yet unannounced future projects. The remaining space is large enough for an attraction about the size of a Fantasyland dark ride and another attraction around the size of Haunted Mansion.

So, I wonder what rides might be going there? I wonder if they could just have one project instead of two, and have it be "fire" mountain, a ride that focuses on the disney villians.

I've heard from reliable, highly-placed anonymous sources that they will be installing an exciting new virtual-reality attraction that simulates an old-fashioned submarine ride experience. The climax of this new attraction will be when guests are called on to join in the fight to repair unspecified maintenance issues that threaten to close down the ride!

Oh, and it's got Stitch in it.

I can't wait to hear what they will put there. I have heard the rumor in the past about making a villian attraction (roller coaster etc.), but would they do something like that so close to a PooH playground?

I still feel that the villians should have something. It seems they are short cheated because they are "evil". I guess we will have to wait and see.

I too wish the Disney villains would get some pub. It's almost like Captain Hook (the one that comes to my mind) gets snubbed ALOT and I love those classic characters.

I remember when I was a kid, Captain Hook was even at some character breakfasts, but NOT ANYMORE.

Bring back the villain characters! They are still Disney characters!

Letting the villians have a ride takes care of some other problems too, they could have a character meet and greet for the villians. I'm not sure how they would do the ride. The closest thing I have seen to gathering the villians together is Fantasmic, but I don't think everyone wants to see that show go to a ride format, rather have something different. Possibly have the some of the characters and their villians in the storyline. Like the good characters are together, they wander upon the mountain, and the villians try to get them.

I would be so excited for a villians ride :rotfl:
They have so many princesses and such, there are some of us who do love those villians. pirate: pirate:

I even think they should have a villians character meal. I think it would be very popular.

We can't all bring potato salad to the picnic...meaning, some of us are princesses, others fairy godmothers, and some even villians. It takes everyone, bad guys included, otherwise the stories (AND some attractions) would be boring. I'm all for a villian attraction and breakfast! :earseek:
