Possible Windsor day trip- need ideas.

Hi...My husband and I may be making a day trip to Windsor next week to celebrate our anniversary.

What are some attractions or things to do there?

We know there are casinos-which are good ones?

(We're not looking for bars/nightlife-not into that. This will be more of a first time casino experience with some sightseeing thrown in.)

How about places to eat.??

We are coming from Toledo, Ohio (about 1 1/2 hr drive if that) thru Detroit.
We are looking for something to do during the day and then we may head back to Detroit for a Tigers game in the p.m.

Any suggestions and ideas would be helpful.

ALso do we need passports? Or is that not in effect yet??

I'm not much of a help on the casino's not my cup of tea..but you don't need passports yet.

Re food and such what type are you looking for? Steakhouse, Italian, sit down fancy casual etc?

Any thing else other than casino's you'd like to see?
