Possible to make an ADR for the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package online?

I have been trying since yesterday to make an ADR for the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package online? Irrespective of what link I use, I get an error 500. I have tried different browsers, cleared my cache, etc, but still no joy. Has anybody successfully done this online. I could call, but I really want a confirmation email.

I tried calling to make one today after no luck online. The lady told me the system was down & they couldn't make any reservations. She told me to try again in 15 - 20 minutes, but I saw no change online after an hour.

You should be able to.


However, as a side note, No one is getting confirmation emails right now. I didn't get one, and a lot of people on the other thread said they weren't getting them either.

Even if you make it on the phone, you still get a confirmation email anyway, so that shouldn't affect your decision.

I have never got a confirmation email when I made ADRs over the phone. Still, I have my confirmation number and I can view the reservation on the My Disney Experience App. That is good enough for me.

I don't know. They ask and confirm my email and I've always gotten them on the phone or online. LOL Funny.

Until now that is. :/

Yes, you can definitely make Candlelight ADR's online. I made one on the day they were released and just made a 2nd one for a different day this morning. Good luck getting what you want! There was still plenty available for the date I checked.

I finally got one online yesterday! Once I went to Things to do, I chose Dining/Make a reservation. Instead of choosing Candlelight Processional under making dinner reservations, I first typed in the date up above before choosing the restaurant. It gave me all the open restaurants for the day/time I entered. I scrolled down to the Candlelight Processional Dinner Packages & it showed me the times available at the different restaurants. I was then able to make the reservation.

I did receive a confirmation e-mail.

The restaurant and time I wanted is not showing....much like hotel reservations, do you think it's worth checking back daily? Twice daily?

Thanks for posting on putting in the date first!! I called the reservations line and got someone who had no idea what he was talking about. I'm a little frustrated with how early you have to eat for this, but I was able to get 545 online when the guy was telling me 420?!

Try for a table for 4. Disney doesn't like odd numbers for some reason. They're going to put you at a table for 4 anyway.
