Possible Soft Openings for Mine Train!

It's something to hope for Soft Openings... How reliable is Doctor Disney.. any thoughts ???

"The official dedication for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at the Magic Kingdom happened on May 2, 2014, and there was the opening date set for May 28, 2014. Many have wondered though if a soft opening will happening, now there is some news on it.

A good source from the Magic Kingdom has advised me that all Cast Members working the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train will be done training as of May 11, 2014. Now, this doesn’t guarantee a soft opening, but at least it is now known when it could happen.

This all also may depend on a possible Cast Member preview for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train as well. Managers are starting to tell Cast Members that their preview is seeming more and more llikely. CMs would get their preview of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train before park opening or after the Magic Kingdom closes.

Whether soft opening or grand opening, guests are getting closer and closer to their time on Seven Dwarfs Mine Train."

Seems reasonable to me.

Observed cars running late yesterday afternoon, but they were quiet--amazingly so--without people in them.

I'm hoping for an AP soft opening and/or one for the general public. We leave for the World tomorrow and will be there until the 15th. I turn 30 on Friday.. it'd make a great birthday present!
