possibility questions...

Sweetie
NoOrdinaryPrincess was not being nasty. I am afraid it is true. If Disney are aware you performing a ceremony in the MK, or indeed anywhere on property, there could be very serious consequences for you, perhaps including being banned from the property. It simply isn't worth the risk.
Have you researched other options for getting married on property? Weddings at the S/D, DTD and CSR are available for a more reasonable price and are all still there right in WDW.
Good luck, and if you have any other questions, I would be happy to answer them.

Have you thought of an Escape package, or possibly having less people and doing a Memories package? The suggestion of Swan and Dolphin was a viable one also.

No one is attacking you hun...we're just being honest. Disney is very protective of their wedding industry and doesn't treat those who try to "beat the system" kindly...it was just a warning. I doubt you want to be banned from the parks permanently....I don't know about you but that would devastate me.

I'll be the one to be "nasty"... I had to pay over $12K for the privilege of being married in Disney World. If you want to get married in WDW, you have to go through the channels mentioned above. To even suggest what you did here is really offensive to people like me who scrimped and saved to play by the rules.

What happened to her post? I was going to respond as well, lol!

I guess I will still respond and repeat all the above... it's not worth the risk, you can truly be kicked out of Disney permanently. Nobody wants that! Ugh... can you imagine... no more Disney???

Oh dear, I think we must have upset her.
If you are still out there, sweetie, I certainly didn't mean to upset you or offend.
I just tried to answer your question truthfully.
My apologies if I made you unhappy and we would very much like to see you back on the wedding board!!

Really?? What a lovely thing to say!!!!
We have been virtual friends a long time, you and I and it means so much that you would say such a sweet thing!!!!
Thanks again sweetie xxxx
