I booked a bounceback promotion when we were at WDW in December. I booked for some dates in September. Now it is looking like I may need to change them to some other dates. Will that be possible? TIA!
Yes, you can switch. I just did it yesterday. The only problem you might have is finding your desired dates still open. See, you have to switch to dates within the bounceback "blocks".
Just call CRO and they will handle it. We did this but were warned that we would only be able to add a day at the end of our trip...not to the beginning since the blocks for that date were sold out
Just wanted to update on what happened. I am SAD!! I booked Sept. 19th-24th for DD and I but need to change to Sept. 27th-Oct. 3rd. My DH is going to Germany to visit his brother who is stationed over there. His brother had to change the dates for military reasons. I thought it wouldn't be a prob to switch them, but I was wrong.
I guess with this Bounceback it ENDS on the 27th of Sept. So just because my trip would start on the 27th did not mean I could get the free dining my whole trip. I am so bummed. Not like DD and I still couldn't go I just don't want to not see DH for two weeks! Guess we have a decision to make!
Call back and talk to another CM. Currently, I am booked with Free Dining 9/25 to 10/4. I gave the dates and the CM gave me a quote. There was no problem booking dates after the promotion ended as long as my trip began in the dining promotion period.
WOOHOO!!!!!! If I told you I LOVED you would you think I was a stalker??!! I am so happy!! Since reading your post I called ASAP and you were right! The CM acted like it was no problem at all. I got exactly what I wanted. If you're ever in Missouri lets meet up because I want to buy you a drink!! Thank you so much!!!
