Do you need admission to Pleasure Island to eat at Portobello Yacht Club?

No you don't need ammision to PI for PYC or Fulton's. They are both right outside the entrance

You're welcome. I've always wanted to try PYC but the wait has always been long when we've tried to eat there. I think they take reservations, but you have to call them dirrect since they are nto a part of the WDW ps system. We usually eat at DD the day we arrive, so we haven't made reservations since we don't know for certain if we will make it into Orlando in time.
