So I just set up a lot of my fast pass reservations for my Magic Bands but I had a question, sorry if its been asked already and I just missed it.... We have the DDP and I was wondering if your reservations are linked to the band, and how you would go about giving your band to the server to take your credits for the plan.... I know they are still giving out cards when you get to the resort along with the bands (at least this is what I have heard) so will I just continue with my reservations with the card??

Does that make sense? Sorry if that's a confusing mess of questions

Mention the need for keeping baby-milk cold and I'm sure they'll try their very best to help you. There are fridges, it's just a case of making sure that the working ones are in the rooms where guests need them!

Yes, your credits will be on your Magic Band. Your server will bring a small hand-held (iPod) device to your table, just tap your band against it and type in your PIN on the screen. Done!

Your reservations are linked to the magicband. From what I understand the restaurants have a scanner for the waiters to use at your table side. They should be able to just scan your band for the credit information. You will not have to give your band to the waiter

I was just messing about with some of the images I shot a few days ago... this is just a really quick-and-nasty stitch based on the low-rez JPEG backup files straight from the camera, but I think once I colour-correct it from the full resolution images (and erase the sky-writing!) it won't look too shabby...

Try using the resort confirmation # on the email receipt you received. That number also begins with a 4. I used that number and was able to make a BOG lunch reservation.

Also, before you arrive you can choose band colors and have your name engraved on the inside of the band.

When you log on to MDE you can choose the color of your magic band (blue, red, orange, green, yellow, pink and grey) and you can also choose what you want the band to say on the inside (i.e. your name or nickname up to 9 characters including spaces)

If your getting magic bands its the reservation # that starts w a 4 on the customize magic bands page. If your doing me then i hear its on your tags they send you

We are leaving to fly home on the 20th. If anyone is here and interested, we have a small styrofoam cooler we could pass along if your room does not have a fridge. I could drop it off to you tomorrow evening/night. Worked very well for keeping our drinks/water nice and cold. Just PM me...

BTW, LOVE this resort. It is so far the nicest we have stayed at including the Poly. The CMs and mousekeeping have been great. Food court is really nice, the food is good and the Joffrey's coffee is soooo much better than that Nescafé crap. We haven't had an issue with the buses at all. Yee-ha Bob is awesome and we love John at the River Roost! We preferred the not-so-quiet quiet pool near our building to the busyness of the main pool. We got used to the walk to the main building quickly, gorgeous scenery. It really feels like you get a true break from the parks when you get back to the resort, very relaxing
