Thanks Everybody! Lots more PT to go tough!
Is "non-connecting room" a good way to phrase it? I don't want our rooms to have the connecting door.
•NON-Connecting Room
•Must be Third Floor , we are very sensitive sleepers
•Possibly close to the elevators
Sounds about right, just ask for a "room without a Connecting Door" should be fine. I'd avoid using the word "must" in the third-floor item though, as requests are not guarantees.
Probably best to just explain that you are sensitive sleepers and in-room noise is a problem for you, and ask for a "top floor room without a connecting doorway, ideally near to an elevator if possible".

If I sent my fax on Monday for my Friday arrival and haven't heard back yet, should I follow up? I don't want to be a pest!
Finally got the text while in line for Spaceship Earth, and checked it out against Andre's website. Perfect room!
Gotta love what we can do with technology these days! Enjoy your stay, hope the crowds aren't too bad.

We are checking in on January 9 for Marathon Weekend. This morning I faxed in a room request. I asked for corner room on the second floor in building 14 or 18 as we had a preferred room booked. I also gave a few room number examples of what I was looking for.
An hour later I received an email back giving me the exact room number I had been assigned, and it met all my requests.
Now that's what I call good customer service.
We would all like to be in the same building...same floor is possible. What would be the best way to send in these requests? Individually or as a group with all of the reservation numbers listed?
Send your requests together with all of the reservation numbers and names listed in one request. For AB, unless you have a preferred location booking, buildings 16 and 17 are very nice.

Thank you very much! We all paid for the preferred rooms.
Sorry, I missed that in the original post. All of the buildings are fine, but building 14 is the closest to the main building. 15 and 18 are also very close, and are right next to a quiet pool too. But all four of the preferred buildings are within a very short walk anyway.
I would suggest that you ask for a nice view (e.g. garden outlook) as some of the rooms in the Preferred Buildings face the parking lots. If no one has any problems with stairs, an upper floor would be quieter too.
