Port Cam?

Ok, does anyone know what is going on with the port cam at Port Canaveral? I've been trying to catch the Magic or Wonder going out of port for a couple of weeks now. At least today the cam is up but it is pointed down the channel towards sea. It was pointed at the ship around 3:30...

I am so confused and getting depressed not seeing her sail!
