Pork and Beans

I made beans last night and it occured to me, my brother and I used to "fight" over who got to eat the tiny square of pork (fat). Now I laugh about that and I don't eat it anymore.

Do you eat "the pork" piece or leave it in the dish?

I usually buy vegetarian beans because I don't even like picking out that stuff. There's no way I'd eat it.

I am a very picky eater. I pick the least little bit of fat off of anything that I eat. I always have a pile of fat on my plate. Yuck Gross.
