what is the best way to get to my ADR at Spoodles if i am staying at POR?

I'm by no means an expert, but my best guess would be to take a bus to MGM and then take the boat (or walk if you want) over to the boardwalk.

using WDW transpo (free):

bus to MGM, boat or walk to BW
bus to EPCOT, walk through to BW

bus to DTD, bus to BW

bus to any park, then bus to BW


best way is personal car. fastest is personal car or taxi. HTH.

Just keep in mind with this option that you would need park admission to Epcot... if you have a hopper, no problem.
