POR or CBR?

We have stayed at POR several times, but are considering CBR for our upcoming trip next summer.
Which do you prefer and why? If CBR, we want standard view rooms- any suggestions on buildings to request to be close to bus stop? Favorite section (looking at Jamaica or Aruba).

Loved the pool and theming at CBR. Missed having the boat to DTD, though. Not a clear winner for me. Both have their advantages.

I absolute loooove CBR. The atmosphere there after a long day in the parks is really relaxing, but super fun at the same time. And I really do love the food court there. I would choose CBR hands down. We stay in the Martinique section and really love it there, but if you're wanting Jamaica or Aruba I really don't think there's much of a difference.

If you choose CBR- which section do you prefer and why? We mainly want standard view and close to a bus stop. We were thinking Jamaica or Aruba because they appear to be closer to the bridge that leads to the food court.

I would choose POR a million times over CBR. I preferred the theme at POR and loved the boat to DTD. I also felt like CBR was more spread out and had a lot more walking.

Agreed.

Also, there is no way in H E double hockey sticks that I would do CBR again without booking a preferred room. I was in Jamaica, which is one of the better non preferred location, and it was still too inconvenient to go up to the food court or main pool very often. And forget hiking up there just to refill my mug!

If you really want to stay at CBR, spring for a preferred room. Trust me.
