POR mansions

I was just curious if Oak Manor are water view rooms? We are staying at POR for one night till we move to OKW. We just booked a standard room but we want to stay at Oak Manor due to the maps showing the most DSA near by. Does anyone know if these ar waterview or standard rooms?

There are both water views and standard views at Oak Manor. Think of the building in the shape of an H with up being the Sassagoula River. The rooms towards the top of the H would be water views and at the bottom of the H the rooms face gardens or the parking lot. I don't know exactly where water view ends and standard begins.
