Hiya i'm off to catch up!! but i wanted to drop a wave and say i'm SOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!!!
We have had a fabulous weekend!! we went out for dinner tonite, just me and DH!!! first time EVER since our first was born!!!!!! haaha!! it was for our anniversary and my parents watched the little ones! so fun and sooo yummy!!

I have to work tomorrow from 6 AM to 5 PM. It's the major city-wide event that I've been worrying about all summer. I'll post it sometime Sunday, once I've recovered from Saturday! The good thing about it is that I will earn enough comp time on Saturday that I'm taking off the day before and the day after our trip!

Now, if only the clock would move just a little bit faster so that I can get tomorrow over with and go back to being just a normal human being, I would be a happy camper!

Just trying to get caught up with this thread! It moves fast!!

MNSSHP Costumes...probably not for me, don't want to spend the money! I'll probably just wear a Halloween t-shirt, although I did like someone's idea of Halloween pj pants! DS21 wants to wear a costume, but he can't afford to buy one either, so maybe I'll talk him out of it!

Packing...I've started! Got most all decorations, toiletries, ponchos, etc. packed. Still debating on clothes...I've gained weight the past few weeks, and nothing fits! I keep telling DS to start packing, but he just laughs at me, and tells me he'll do it the night before. He takes after DH, not me, that's for sure!

Need to buy...I looked at Target today for a Tide Stain Stick, but they didn't have one. I've been hearing good things about these, and would like to try one. I don't have little kids, but I can be messy with those Mickey Bars! I also want a pair of Crocs Niles. That's the sandal style, right? I'm going to try Dillard's and Dick's this weekend.

Ummm...ummm...anything else? Oh yeah, still smelling that sleeve!!

Whenever we go somewhere DH always packs the night before. It drives me crazy !!!
I like the Tide Stain stick. I also like the Shout wipes as well !!

Hey guys

So, my airline went belly up (only doing charter flights now). Good news though cause I managed to book continental for $320 cheaper and use part of the money to book an extra night at Disney! Unfortunately I had to give up CSR to get the extra night, but was able to book POR for all nights and keep my free dining.

Unfortunately I may not make the Oct. 1st meet since our flight the night before comes in much later, so we'll be doing MK on sunday instead. I'll still be at the Oct. 5th MNSSHP though.

We'll also be at POP from 9/29-10/8. My kids, DD8 and DS6 (almost 7), don't know yet, DH and I are trying to surprise them. It's killing me to keep it a secret, but I think it would be so great to be a kid and have your parents wake you up in the morning and instead of saying get ready for school, say get dressed because we're going to Disney World today!

Alright, I can't find the post in this thread, but *someone* posted the suggesting of buying those D-shaped clips that look like climbing hooks... and using them to hook bags to the backpack...

I went to the camping aisle at my WalMart for ponchos (out, of course) and they had those hooks, BUT they also had those clips with a little nylon strap attached to the clip with a rubber ring on the other end... for putting around the top of your water bottle! It goes over the threads, just under that little lip and it works on most 20oz and .5L bottles! I bought one for each of us!!!!

Maybe I'll take a photo when I get home!

The bad part is... DS wanted the lime green one, so I have yellow.

we fared pretty well, but we did talk about the kids ALOT and it was hard NOT to call home!! but at the same time it was the most delicious and wonderful meal we've had in a long time now i know what parents mean when they say DATE NIGHT is a must

We usually only get Date night once a year - for our anniversary, but it is so worth it. Usually it is something simple like a nice dinner and a movie.

But one date night is better than no date nite at all !!

I think today I might head over to Home Depot and pick up a few more remaining Mickey's !!

Nope, not I but our flight leaves on the 30th at 5:45am with an arrival time into MCO at 9:27am...hoping to be at Pop by 10:30am, checked in and shopping in DTD by noon!!!

Yikes where in Pa are you ? I have 3 around me, But I think the one in Springfiled, Pa is close to some Diser.... the lime green mickey is always out!

I'm near State College, PA, but I'm from Norristown. I'm visiting family next weekend so I may check things out there.
