whats doing??? What have i missed??? Ok, guess who was offered overtime in time square saturday afternoon and night??? Yep, i'll be in the heart of times square tomorrow night. I love working time square, if it was not so obvious.

Thank you so much for the CD's!!! Yesterday was the first sunny day in these parts in two weeks or so... so, I had my sunroof open, windows down, all the plastic pulled off the air refresher, blaring disney music for the kids (they said they couldn't hear with the windows open) It was a great florida-like day thanks to our girl TIMMY!!! Oh, and to top it off I had my first Margarita since before Lent.... so hats off to Timmy!

I am so glad you are back !! I can't wait for our next trip ! Can you teach me how to send pictures to Flickr via my cell phone. I would love to do something similar since all of my family will be at home next trip !

I am glad your dad's surgery went well !

Cat -
I don't think Austin and I are going to do the Illuminations get together. I am not a huge fan of Illuminations so $50+ is a lot to pay - I hope you understand !!

Tia - I totally forgot to say something about your conversation with Terry - that would be SOOO cool!!! if he got to come home early. The stress of that just must be SO much. I was reading to a first grader last week at school....a 7 yr old sweet boy...he said to me "mrs foley did you know a lot of people are getting killed in Iraq.?" I said, yes I know" he said...I know people got killed today, but I know it wasn't my dad, I got an email from him before Ileft for school. I don't know the boy or his family, so I didn't know his dad was gone. I read to the spanish speakign kids once a week and I've read to him several times, so I guess he feels safe. OMG I wanted to start sobbing right then! HOW horrific to live every day & not know. Tia - I think you & Ryan are both amazing people and every bit the heros that Terry is!

Ok, that story is beyond a tear jerker. I don't think people even realize how hard these deployments are on families. Everyone involved suffers. And yes, the stress level is very high. It's especially hard when you don't hear from your soldier for a few days.... and every car that pulls up near your house, you look out the window to see if it is a government car carrying the chaplin to deliver bad news. But you know, I am so very proud of Terry and I know that he is doing his job to the best of his ability. But yes, it is harder than you can imagine. Thanks for saying this: Tia - I think you & Ryan are both amazing people and every bit the heros that Terry is! . I don't see it that way. I guess I am just being a supportive wife. Trust me, I get very whiney at times! But I can't imagine being a terror while he is gone and being b****y to him when he calls. How would that help him?
Anyway, you are so sweet! Thanks for being such a wonderful support to me!
