Alright people.... this is gonna make some of you GASP! But....


I switched to All Star Movies with FREE DINING!!!

It had to be done...it just had to be. Iknow, Im a POP floosies, a traitor.... but POP let me down, man. No rooms for me?!?! FOR ME?!?!? I mean, come on! And then Movies opened up... and I took it.

I want someone to drive me to and forth ASMOvies and POP for Mojito Meets.... and I have a gigantic Monkey on it's way to me... who wants it?

Cat---don't give up! Keep trying! Especially in the morning. I noticed for our dates Pop always opened up 1st thing in the morning and then got booked.

Hey guys...a quick update from me...it's been a almost surreal 2-3 days for me. One of my best friends (one of the couples we went on spring break with)..she got a call on Wednesday that he husband was acting "strange" at work...so they called 911 and he was on his way to the hospital....she calls me to get the kids from school....we're thinking heart attack, stoke...they get to the hospital...he's incoherant, but conscious, slurred speech, and aggressive!!!!!! they do a ct scan, clear - ekg - clear, try to do an eeg - he's too agitated....ok so they keep him overnight. Everyone is obviously freaked out. they tried an MRI he's beating on the tube.....ok so obviously they get a psych consult......they want to start him on respirodol...the anti psychotic drug.....ok NOW I need to get involved. There's no shrink at our hospital...the general md is making all these decisions.....so I start doing research.....I KNOW he's not having a schizo break at age 42....my friend is obviously freaked out...he hubby is pretty much one step away from being sent to a local psych hospital.....Here's what the neurologist & I finally came up with....We were very lucky she was wiling to work with me on the side...I haven't had admitting priviledges at that hospital in 14 years......a focal seizure at the thalmus portion of the brain....once we got a clear EEG and MRI/MRA we were able to figure it out. Started him on anti seizure meds....the behavior stopped...he was "back" after 24 hours on the meds. It has been jsut unbelievable. He came home last night at around 8. So yesterday after school, I had Casey watch Grace and my friends 2 kids. I went to the grocery store....stocked their fridge with food, bought some flowers and a card, and went & cleaned up the house a little. So when they got home last night they could literally just collapse as a family and be together.

Morning everyone, got a DOC appt. in a couple hours, just to check on the baby real quick, Dr. thinks i've just been under a lot of stress, i disagree, but he's the Dr. haha

Thanks everyone - it was pretty stressful, I'm just grateful that I was able to help.

So today, I went to Starbucks, B&N, FIM to look at patio furniture, and then payless to look at shoes...I MUST be in some kind of shape...I didn't BUY A SINGLE THING!!!!!!!!!!!! I got into the car tocoem home & thought "wow. that's different!"

Tia - I totally forgot to say something about your conversation with Terry - that would be SOOO cool!!! if he got to come home early. The stress of that just must be SO much. I was reading to a first grader last week at school....a 7 yr old sweet boy...he said to me "mrs foley did you know a lot of people are getting killed in Iraq.?" I said, yes I know" he said...I know people got killed today, but I know it wasn't my dad, I got an email from him before Ileft for school. I don't know the boy or his family, so I didn't know his dad was gone. I read to the spanish speakign kids once a week and I've read to him several times, so I guess he feels safe. OMG I wanted to start sobbing right then! HOW horrific to live every day & not know. Tia - I think you & Ryan are both amazing people and every bit the heros that Terry is!


off to start the school pick up....

Ry is still sleeping.... that lazy bum! See this is our issue at WDW, the boy LOVES to sleep in. Getting him up is a pain.

you can leave him in my room... thats all I did this past vaca.. always planned to do EMH in the AM but always missed it then back to the resorts after lunch sleep some more and stay up till around 2AM thank God for the late EMH

HI everyone checking in. My father did great and is in ICU tonite. He is being sent home tomorrow, but will be back in 3 weeks for a stress test. There is a lot going on right now, but he looks good and in 3 weeks they will decide if he needs bypass surgery.

glad to hear that your dad is out of surgery... and it is a good sign that they have a good 3 weeks to study the bypass surgery... that is a very positive sign!

I was supposed to fly back tomorrow but SW offered a R/T Voucher if I fly today the 20th... for some reason there are still alot of passengers who got affected by the Northeaster... so YUP took the 1sr flight out this morning ... not bad really gave me more reason to plan another trip!!

I called work as soon as I got home since they had left me tons of messages... found out one just got fired again and they needed extra help to pick up the shifts... I truly feel bad for us who works there.. everybody is in a lot of stress... since the new director is not done with her "cleaning up the lab act" out of 51 orginal tech theres about 7 of us ledft... and the worst part was her friends who are being hired have unbeilevable backgrounds

have not been to the PO yet will check it in the AM but at WDW.. I got balloons... and lotsa greetings and token from old CM that I have met in previous trips.. it was awesome that a few remembers me and my bday at WDW ... and to think I was just one of the customers...
