got a hectic weekend so this might be my last post till Monday... Did not drive today and thank God I listen to my sister. There was an accident at the same spot and all I can do was cry it is raining here like crazy! So tomorrow I am not driving again dsis is off so she dont mind Be safe and wear your seatbelts always!

Update on the houseselling...We've now had three calls in 3 days. I've got two showings on Monday, and one at Christmas if its still on the market. I also got a call from the Frateral Order of Police. DH kept telling me it was a scam, so I made them send me stuff in the mail instead of giving them my credit card over the phone. But then they said it wasn't tax deductible. So I'm all confused...what is the FOP? MRFDNY? You're all in with the civil servants...can you lend a clue?

The fop is the Frateral Order of Police,They are kinda like a club for cops. I am almost sure they will not call you or ring your door bell, smells like a scam to me. I will talk to a few nyc cops i know and get the scoop for ya.

Hi all. Busy day today. We had a Christmas parade here adn Ryan was in it. Didn't feel like X-Mas at all. Bright blue skies. and WARM! Like probably low 70's. Blech. It was Ry's B-Day today so we went to a friend's house and ordered pizza and watched movies. He wants to wait for the real party until his Dad gets here.
My show went really well! It hink this stuff is gonna sell like hotcakes! YEAH!

Cat - I am JEALOUS you have snow. Not sure I would know how to handle it all winter long, but boy, it would be great to have at least 1 snow day!

Started my SS shopping today. This is so much fun! It is going to be hard to stay within the $$$ restrictions because I am seeing a million things I would love to get her!
