POP Ques RE: Tickets

Ok, last yr when we checked in at the Pop I had a question reguarding old tickets we had. I had to check in and then was sent to another counter and had to wait in another line. While at the WL they did this right at the counter when we checked in. I was checking to see how many days were left on our old passes (each time). This yr we have a package w/ one day passes. Will we have to check in and then once again go to the other counter to pick up our passes? Thank you!

I forgot I was still under codes and rates. I thought I was just under resorts. Sorry!

I be;ieve it has less to do with the resort than two other factors:
- if there is a big check in line behind you, they may send you on to Lobby Conc. to check since this is there function

- if the CM is a newer front desk CM they may not have been cross trained to lobby Conc. functions and therefor don't have the ability to help you.

So it is really luck of the draw
