I noticed the dresser in the refurbished room pics has 3 drawers and 2 doors. Why doors? Why not all drawers? Anyone know what's behind the doors? Just shelves?
I always bring a can of lysol a spray the whole roomAnyone else bring Clorox wipes with them? I wipe down EVERYTHING when we first get there. Light switches, knobs, phone, TV remote, toilet handle and seat, all faucets, and the counter and sink.
We don't walk barefoot in hotel rooms either.
I'm not too much of a germaphobe, but I get skeeved out in hotel rooms and public restrooms.
At this point they are working on building 7, 8, 9?

I can see the ironing boards getting more use now; as a table to place things.
Anyone ever use a hanging closet organizer for more storage? I'm thinking of packing one of these for our next trip.

Good idea!!I can see the ironing boards getting more use now; as a table to place things.
That is so much better than the curtain- quieter while someone else is sleeping and keeps the other room dark. There is a sliding barn door now in place of the curtain that can block that area outside of the sink for changing purposes.

Yes! I've used wipes or Lysol. If I'm flying directly into MCO I use wipes. Can't bring aerosol in luggage. But most times I spend a week in Ft Lauderdale first then drive up. So can do a shop and get Lysol. I also bring a packet of travel wipes for flight and wipe down tray table, arm rests, etc.Anyone else bring Clorox wipes with them? Does anyone have any advice for me to try and get a renovated room? I'm in England and this is our first visit so I'm not sure how to contact the resort. We're only going in September so we have time before we can check in but I like to know things in advance!
Maybe it's just carry on that you can't bring aerosol? But I'd be afraid of putting can in checked luggage, in case it explodes all over my clothing. Zip lock bag won't contain it. I was reading about someone who's sunscreen exploded in packed luggage in zip lock bag wrecking clothes. And I have wipes anyway for flight. You can bring aerosol in luggage, and I got a small travel size Lysol spray for my DH for work trips to keep in his carry on bag. I always bring aerosol hairspray, and DH likes the spray sunblock.

We're arriving on June 4th for our stay at Pop and I want to try for a renovated room. I prefer building 9, and have seen the pics of refurbed rooms in that building. Our ressie is for standard view. Does anyone know if (a) they are nearing completion on the whole building? and (b) would an upper pool view room in that building be considered standard?
