Pop Century open for Easter?

We have just started to talk about going to WDW for Easter this April. I'm sure we can't use our DVC points for one of thier properties, and since I am a cheapskate I was hoping for a cheap hotel.

What is the latest on the opening of Pop Century? I have not read anything lately???

If they are not than I will have to try to get a room at an All Star.

Any other cheap Easter ideas????

Although I am not sure if it will be open at that time or not , I do know that when I made my reservation thru DU I noticed that Pop Century said "reservations after June 2003".
