My guess is actually early to mid 2013 ... because these things always end up slightly delayed.. I'll be surprised if it opens on time.. very surprised.

Since thsi thread was originally about the condition of the buildings and a bit of a 'construction watch' - I'm going to close this one and redirect everyone to the threqad expressly about the announcement.
