Are kids allowed to use their pool toys in the resort pools? In the commercials and ads, there always are shots of kids floating on colorful rafts and playing with foam noodles. However, I have NEVER seen anyone with pool toys during ANY of my many visits. Two of my children are at ages where the pool may be more appealing than the parks (go figure!).

We always take noodles when we go. No one's ever said anything about it. One time at POFQ the lifeguard actually threw rubber duckies and other plastic animals in the pool so the kids could dive in and grab them. That was a lot of fun.

I've brought beach balls, pail & shovels, rubber toys, etc but my kids really like using their noodles.

my kids are 6, 4, and 2. we always bring water toys to the resorts and even ski jackets for swimming we bought as sams club. we bring sand toys if we go to resort with beach area like swan and dolphin.

I think you can bring toys in the pool- they probably just don't want people throwing a ball back and forth and smacking someone in the head. I hate when people feel the need to play catch in a crowded pool and everyone has to duck to get out of the way.
