Pool home question

For all who have rented a pool home how is the pool maintenance handled? Is it cleaned before you arrive and then you just dont worry about it or are we responsible for testing the chlorine levels daily? We are going to be renting a townhouse with a splash pool and I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere.

It will cleaned and tested once a week -usually on the same day by the owners Management company personeland qualified pool guy.Any problems you have should be reported to the man co so they can sort them out quickly for you .
