It depends on where he home is and upgrades like PC with Internet,free unlimited local and International calls.
Pool heat could bring it nearer to $900

There are so many variables. Including the amenties and location.

If budget is your most important concern, then focus on that during your search.

Like Kilee said, so many variables determine the price...you may have to go a little further away from the parks..or maybe a condo instead of a pool home villa, less "decor", no spa, etc, if you want something that's cheaper.

And don't forget about taxes..some owners will include it in the final price, others add it on.
