Could someone tell me what the seats are like on this attraction. I am Pooh-sized and have seen the pics on another site but I am still not sure how wide the seats are. I do not have a problem with any of the other attractions. If anyone could compare these seats with any other attraction would be a wonderful help. Thanks in advance.

I, too, am Pooh-sized and had absolutley no problem with this ride. I am trying to think of a comparison and the one that keeps coming to mind is Test Track seating. Although there are three seats in a row, each is individual with its own belt. The seats on Soarin' look as if they are bench type seating, but are individual with individual seat belts that would have extended FAR beyond my need. I honestly don't think you will have a problem. ENJOY! It is terrific.

Soarin isn't a problem for Pooh-size folks. I carry 80% of my Pooh weight in my hips and thighs and I just went on Soarin over CA. here at Disney's CA. Adventure a week ago. I would think that the seats would be the same since it is the same attraction. Enjoy! :flower:

Seems to be pretty much every ride/attraction at Disney is built for persons of all shapes and sizes. It is nice to know and not have to worry about it.

I'm bigger than Pooh-sized (see sig pic for reference) and had no problem riding Soarin' several times on our last trip. :)

Just rode it last week! DH and I are both pooh sized and had no problems. Seat belts had lots of room to spare. Enjoy!

Pooh sized here and no problem riding Soarin' loved a number of times. In fact time and time again.

Pooh sized is no problem, I fit fine on Soarin'. One hint is to pull the seat belt out before you sit down, its easier to manage that way. Enjoy!!

DrmWvr...........I am so glad you asked this question.

Ok. Everyone always says that pooh size people have no problem. But what about 28W size pooh-people.

And soarin'.................is it EVERY SEAT or just the back row or something that is for pooh-size.

The reason I am nervous.........at Busch Gardens (williamsburg) last year, I got on a rollercoaster ride with my DH. A top shoulder bar had to come down and meet a strap/buckle from between your legs. Turns out, the third row, the fourth seat has more room than the others. someone was already in that seat but not really pooh size (sitting with their family ofcourse). So the guy working there asks the other person if they could switch. WELL, OFCOURSE I'M NOT GOING TO DO THAT! They want to ride with THEIR family and I want to ride with my DH. I just shook my head no, and said,.......oh, no, no, I'll just wait for you outside, honey,..........and I exited.........very, VERY embarrassing!

Because I am short (5'3"), my "size" is mostly around the middle. So I am very worried about this.

And I barely got on Test track. I never thought the seatbelt was going to click. I mean, I barely got it!

Mom of Sleepy, Bashful and BabyDoc,
I am pooh sized too, 24W/26W, and I have been fine on all the WDW rides. I too had trouble at Busch Gardens, but never at the world! I rode Soarin over CA in August, and had plenty of room, and we were in the first row.

Oh, thank you so much.........I REALLY want to ride this. You've made me feel better, even though I am bigger than you...... :teeth:
