What is the best way to travel from the Polynesian to the Wilderness Lodge? Boat/Monorail to MK then boat to Wilderness Lodge? Is there a boat that goes between the Contemporary and Wilderness Lodge?

Yes, I'd take the monorail to MK then the boat to WL. Yes, there is also a boat that runs between the CR and WL.
