Oh, I am so sorry if that sounded "elitist" to someone.
Please re-read it as humbly saying "since we choose to pay for concierge service, we are able to grab breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge instead of spending the same $$ in CCs, so even though we don't rely on CCs for very much it sure is nice to have it there for those times we do need it, and I am glad it's there for everyone, myself included." I did say that I was GLAD IT WOULD BE OPEN though, not sure why that comes off as rude or "elitist". It's not like I said, "you peasants shall starve whilst myself and the rest of the kings and queens shall feast on cake in concierge". As you said, it's not like staying in any room at the Poly is cheap! I thought I made a pretty simple statement. Do you think it's "rude" or "elitist" to even mention I am staying in concierge? I didn't realize that made people feel bad. Sorry. I should probably change my siglines too. I only put that in there so if someone wanted to specifically ask me something about concierge they would know I had some experience there. Again, my apologies. I had no idea people would take offense that we stay concierge.
