Poly Torch Lighting Ceremony?

Could someone tell me more about this ceremony? What time does it start? Is it open to anyone? It sounds like a nice way to spend the evening!

If my memory serves me correctly it starts at 6pm right outside the lobby doors . . .(I'm going back now to 2000, so things might of changed)

When we stayed at the Poly we were greeted by a woman who was singing, etc and had us all come outside . . .then a man did a small fire dance with botons and ran around lighting the gas torches.

It was pretty entertaining . . .it lasted around 10 minutes or so.

Thanks for the info! Sounds like something we should check out. I wonder if the time changes depending on the time of year? Wouldn't it still be very light at 6:00pm in May? Anyone know for sure?
