For DVC it’s Standard View and Lake View. Lake View will not have a pool view, it looks out to the lagoon but is not a guaranteed theme park view. Lake View are all the north facing side of Moorea rooms.

We’re excited to try these rooms in December!

The Poly cash side room have more options. For DVC there’s just the 2, Standard and Lake.

Thank you that helps. My 7 month window is approaching and want to make sure I modify correctly. Still debating a whole week at Poly or a split with Poly and Animal Kingdom.

Second and third floor lake view get decent theme park views across the lake. This was taken from a second floor room we had two years ago.

Water view is Moorea toward the lagoon. I would think some of them could be obstructed, especially ground floor, which is why they didn't call it theme park.

I've never gotten anything but Pago Pago parking lot, er, MONORAIL, in the standard view.

As noted above 2d and 3rd floor lake view rooms have decent lagoon views. First floor view is mediocre. If you reserve lake view, you should consider putting in a request through MS for a room on second or third floor.
